The full moon was “hoisted” in the sky above
College Green, Bristol (which is right behind my residential hall!) on the
evening of Valentine’s Day. A symbol of reunion in Chinese culture, it happened
to appear on the fifth day of the new Year of the Snake.
The area was unusually bright on this night!
Two moons in the sky?! Was it an illusion? I saw a new moon and a full moon. A big
moon and a small moon… Wait, which one is BIG and which one is SMALL in reality?
